Pizza and Heaven

This past Friday night (9-27) was awesome! Thank you to those who came out on a different night of the week than usual to do some more serious Bible study. There's something fun about studying the Bible by candlelight (and the big TV with the Netflix fireplace playing)!

We dreamed of Heaven together. After all, the Bible says in Romans 8:22-23 that all of creation groans and desires this broken world to be over! Ecclesiastes 3:11 says God has put eternity in our hearts. So we took our time reading Revelation 21 and 22; Isaiah 11, 35, 65 and 66. Revelation 7:9-17; 1 Corinthians 13:12 and Matthew 8:11 sprinkled in some more awesome thoughts and before we knew it, the time was over. Oh yeah, we had plenty of pizza to eat and take home - whew! Let's do it again soon!!!
